Changes in the Operations of HUB due to nCOVID-19 and National Emergency Act

Dear Hubbers and our friends,

HUB Turku is following the latest guidelines given by the local and national authorities about the Coronavirus situation. As the board, we urge you to do the same.

We have decided to restrict HUB’s daily operations at least until 13 April 2020:

  • Events are cancelled or postponed
  • Only members can access Hub
  • Customer service is only provided remotely

Despite the exceptional situation, HUB Turku remains open for of our members. Coming to HUB and working at a co-working office environment will be on everyone’s own responsibility.

However, anyone who has symptoms, has been in contact with someone with symptoms or is over 70 years of age is kindly asked to stay quarantined at home.

We have limited the common working areas to be used by maximum 10 people at a time. Also, it is highly recommended to sit at least 3 meters or one desk apart from the next person.

If this maximum number of people (10) in one room is reached, the next person coming in has to go work in another room available. Please follow this rule for your and for others’ safety and well-being.

For the time being, host services are only provided remotely: Please feel free to contact us through Fleep or through the new live chat service on our website. If there is no one hosting the live-chat, you can also leave a message through the chat bubble and we will get back to you as soon as possible

You can also contact the chairperson of the board. Please see the contact details from

Let’s take good care of ourselves & others!
