HUB Turku is a downtown co-working and makerspace that started as a pop-up in May 2017. In October 2017 we moved to our current space on the 3rd floor at Eerikinkatu 7 here in Turku, Finland.

Our aim is to continuously develop an innovative space where entrepreneurs, freelancers, students and organisations can work together, network and be inspired. The non-profit organization behind HUB Turku wants to create a platform for cross-disciplinary meetings and innovation. A working space where action, creativity and fun are cornerstones and be part of shaping new ways of working.

Co-working and makerspace

At Hub you can have your own office whenever you need for a day, or longer time period if you feel like it. Also we have comfortable couches, meeting rooms and everything you need in a modern office. As a member of Hub you can focus on what you do best whether it is working right now or connecting with others.

On top of all mentioned above, we are planning example:

  • Seminars, cultural events and parties
  • Hubbers can organize their own events
  • Fast wi-fi
  • Printer, scanner and copying machine
  • Kitchen that always has coffee and tea
  • Host, that will guide and help you if needed
  • Studios
  • Makerspaces and materials

At Hub we create and turn our ideas into reality. One thing that helps this to happen is our Hubs unique makerspaces that Hubbers can use. At the moment we have three makerspace rooms that you can example sew, build, print 3D models and test out VR-glasses.

We want to make sure the Hubbers are heard – what would you like to have in our community office? We like to hear your ideas whether is small everyday need or great big innovation. You can easily tell your wishes to us in our public Facebook group.
